Family reunification

Children with parents in prison often time have unique needs as their parents are away compared to their counterparts and adults in that they have a higher likelihood of experiencing the physical and psychological, social and economic impacts. Nonetheless, currently, there are few organizations working in the area of reunification of children who have their parents in prison in Uganda.  Even those that are supporting children with educational requirements, hardly do they have family reunification activities as part of their program component.
